Exchange Policy for Online Store
We sincerely hope our customers will enjoy each and every piece of our jewellery, but in the case of any dissatisfaction with our merchandise, we offer exchange service for any other product of the same, or higher value (compensating the difference in value) within 14 days of your purchase.
We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds, please be noted that we advise our customers to closely examine the piece of jewellery upon making your purchase.
We have utmost confidence in our designers and their work, and we hope you’ll feel the same for them, and for Obellery.
The responsibility of identifying the correct ring sizes lies with our customers, but we are happy to provide assistance to ease you through the process. Please feel free to proceed to ring size chart to find out what is your ring size.
All of our products will be posted by air mail via HongKong Post, you will be provided with a tracking number for your order once it has been dispatched. Once our designers have completed your order, they are expected to arrive at their destinations within 7- 10 days (depending on the region and location). If you would prefer your order sent via speed-post, please contact us via email prior to making your purchase.
