5-Step Process / 訂造流程
Our custom engagement ring process takes around 8–10 weeks from first consultation to delivery. Here is what to expect at each stage.
我哋訂造訂婚戒指嘅整個流程，由 first consultation 到交貨大約 8–10 個星期。以下係每一步嘅詳情。

你可以透過網頁底部嘅查詢表格、電郵或 Instagram 私訊聯絡我哋。我哋會喺初步傾談中討論你嘅風格、寶石、顏色及預算等偏好，並可能邀請你提供參考圖片，讓我哋更了解你嘅構思。
You can reach us via the enquiry form at the bottom of this page, by email, or through Instagram direct message. During the initial consultation, we'll discuss your preferences for style, gemstone, colour, and budget. We may also ask for reference images to better understand your vision.

你確認寶石類型同設計方向後，我哋會收取 HKD $1,500 小訂金，正式為你搜羅合適嘅寶石。
此訂金會喺最終訂單中全數扣返。若未能搵到合心水嘅寶石，將退還 HKD $1,000；餘下 HKD $500 為已投入嘅搜尋時間。
Once you've confirmed the stone type and design direction, we'll take a HKD $1,500 initial deposit to begin sourcing.
This will be credited towards your final balance. If we are unable to find a stone that suits you, HKD $1,000 will be refunded; the remaining HKD $500 covers the time invested in the search.

鑽石或寶石搜尋完成後，我哋會邀請你親身或透過視訊查看，並提供詳細報價。確認落單後，我哋會收取訂單總額嘅 80% 訂金（已扣除上述小訂金），正式進入訂造階段。所有訂金不可退還。
Once the search is complete, we'll invite you to view the stone in person or via video, along with a detailed quotation. Upon confirmation, we'll take an 80% deposit of the total order (with the initial deposit credited) to formally begin the bespoke process. All deposits are non-refundable.

寶石確認後，我哋會細化設計，並提供詳細視覺資料，例如寶石組合圖，讓你喺製作前清楚預覽成品效果。
With the stone confirmed, we'll refine the design and provide detailed visuals — such as stone combination renderings — so you have a clear preview of the final piece before production begins.

設計確認後，我哋會喺 PMQ 工作室開始手工製作，整個過程需時 3 至 4 個星期。
Once the design is confirmed, our artisans will begin crafting the piece by hand at our PMQ studio. Production takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

戒指完成後，我哋會發送成品照片俾你審視。確認滿意後，支付餘下 20% 尾數，就可以帶隻戒指返屋企啦。
Once your ring is complete, we'll send a final photograph for your approval. Upon confirmation, the remaining 20% balance is settled, and the ring will be ready to pick up at our studio.
