Whether it's for an anniversary, a birthday, Mother's Day, the arrival of a new baby, or a meaningful gift for a close friend — a piece of jewellery thoughtfully designed often carries more weight than something off the shelf.
We welcome all types of commissions and remodelling — rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, or transforming a piece you already own. Every commission is handcrafted at our PMQ studio.

無論係紀念日、生日、母親節、迎接新生命，又或者送俾摯友嘅一份心意——一件親手構思嘅首飾，往往比現成禮物更能承載你嘅心思。我哋接受所有類型嘅訂造及改造——戒指、耳環、頸鏈、手鐲，又或者將你珍藏嘅舊首飾重新打造。每件作品都喺 PMQ 工作室手工製作。

The full process takes approximately 1 to 2 months. 整個過程約需 1 至 2 個月。
The Process

Before reaching out, take some time to think through what you'd like — the type of piece, style, stones, or materials. Then share your idea along with 1 to 3 reference images via WhatsApp.
開始之前，請花少少時間做 research，諗清楚自己想要嘅首飾類型、風格、寶石或材料。然後透過 WhatsApp 將你嘅構思同 1 至 3 張參考圖片 send 俾我哋。

Once we've reviewed your idea, we'll invite you to our PMQ studio for a consultation. We'll discuss your vision in person, assess the feasibility of the design, and show you material samples and past commissions. If everything aligns, we'll move on to discussing budget and timeline.
收到你嘅構思後，我哋會邀請你到 PMQ 工作室面談。我哋會親身討論你嘅想法，評估設計可行性，並俾你睇下材料樣本同過往作品。如果一切順利，我哋就會傾埋預算同時間。

Once the design direction, budget, and timeline are agreed upon, we'll take a 50% deposit of the total order to formally begin the bespoke process. All deposits are non-refundable.
設計方向、預算同時間都確認後，我哋會收取訂單總額嘅 50% 訂金，正式開始為你製作。所有訂金不可退還。

We'll prepare detailed visuals based on your vision — sketches, stone combination renderings, or 3D drawings — so you have a clear preview of the finished piece before production begins.
我哋會根據你嘅構思，提供詳細視覺資料，例如手稿、寶石組合圖或 3D 圖，讓你喺製作前清楚預覽成品。

We include two formal rounds of revision in the design stage so you can refine the details with us.
設計階段包含兩次正式修改機會，讓你 fine-tune 細節。

Once the design is approved, our artisans craft the piece by hand at our studio over 1 to 2 months. We'll send a final photograph for your approval, after which the remaining 50% balance is settled, and we arrange collection at the studio or insured delivery.
設計確認後，我哋會喺工作室手工製作，整個過程約需 1 至 1.5 個月。完成後會發送成品照片俾你審視，確認滿意後支付餘下 50% 尾數，再安排親身領取或保險快遞交付。
As each piece is handmade, the final result may differ slightly from the visuals — but every bespoke piece is guaranteed to be one of a kind.
由於每件作品均為手工製作，最終成品可能與視覺資料有輕微差異，但我哋保證每件訂造首飾都係獨一無二。
